going on you will be
motivated to be alert in order to take care of the

specific interests, you might think of volunteer work.

Play! Go to the park, play outside with
your children, learn to
skate, go fishing, anything that gets you outside.
Fresh air energizes you and

children play outside all
day they fall asleep before their heads hit the pillow?
You can even do your
exercising outside and kill two birds with one stone.
Go outside into the world
and breath deeply, meet other people and just take some
time to play. People
weren’t meant to live indoors twenty-four hours a
day, we need sunlight
and fresh air for our bodies to function properly.
